This letter is to inform you of our satisfaction with the construction of our replacement deck at our home at 7 Acadia Drive. When we decided to replace our deck we searched several companies for estimates and ideas and for materials and size, our search ended with a visit from your project manager Jordan Race. Jordan visited us several times with ideas, materials, design and cost.
Obviously this project was going to be a large expense so we wanted to get it right and Jordan was a big help by patiently advising us along the way. In an effort to save some cost we dismantled the old deck ourselves and disposed of the materials. We left the existing frame in place since it was in good shape.
The two carpenters who arrived to build our deck, George and Adam, couldn't have been nicer. They reassured us that the frame was in good condition and that they could have our new deck completed within a week or two. From the beginning of the construction to the end, the weather was very hot and humid however George & Adam continued to work on our deck without complaints. They cleaned up the area when the work was complete and even assisted us with the installation of a new front outside storm door.
We are extremely satisfied with the results of our deck, the materials suggested by Jordan and quality of construction by George & Adam easily justify the cost.

I write to express my sincere appreciation to you and the Fraser organization for another superb project accomplishment. This is the third significant work completed by your company for me and my family. I am extremely pleased, but more importantly my wife is just as happy with the way the back porch restoration came out.
You should be extremely proud of the young men,who for 3 days worked hard, showed their skills and produced a product with which we are very pleased. Your workers, Josh (site supervisor), Adam, Michael and Kyle never wasted a moment, listen to what I wanted,including a change to the design of the railing and met my needs. I was very impressed with Josh, specifically; his listening skills, suggested solutions, technical competency and over all attitude. You should be proud of him the other members of his team.
The end result to these 3 days of hard work,is a porch which enhances my property, will be safe for my family and something we will enjoy for many years to come. Thank you.

Dear Jordan,
I have been in the sales and customer business for almost 30 years now and it is a very rare occasion that I meet someone who would deserve the compliment: perfect, but you have definitely just won that award. No one, in any walk of life, has ever been as reliable, attentive and as cooperative as you have been (and still are)! You go above and beyond EVERY TIME we speak / write and your efforts are always toward trying to find the exact thing we want and not just about making a buck - you have made this project a breeze and a lot easier than I had feared. You don't get upset when I am being picky and difficult - in short, you are absolutely amazing and a true delight to work with! I am so glad that Peter Kelly brought you on board and thrilled that we still have so much work to do on the house, so that we will be working with you over the next few years I am sure. I hope that Fraser Construction knows that they hit a gold mine when they hired you and hopefully reflect it in a Christmas bonus!
So - about the house: if the front entrance you drew a draft of would look better than the one we picked out, then please be honest and say so - I can take it. The windows have given the house a completely new look and so I don't have the same feel for what the house needs as when I had seen it in the summer. If however, you think the version we picked out would work, then I would really likeit , because I keep coming back to it again and again, every time I go looking for ideas - it is still my favorite so far.
As far as the steps go, I think the last solution sounds good. We might have to widen out the front steps but I am sure that it will be cheaper to work with what we have and just dress it up a bit. I did like the solution of putting flat blue stone on the tops of the steps and on the sideboards? / in-between bits work with natural uncut blue stone. I also think that brick would work fine and also saw some alternatives with Deck wood on the top and stone at the front. I am kind of bogged down with work and guests for the next few days, so I probably won't be able to give it much thought until next week, but as soon as I have some ideas or pictures, I will get back to you.

Love my new bathroom and wanted to let you know what outstanding guys you have working for you.
Ross, Colin & Josh were great! Hard working and always keeping the customer in mind. Most days during my 2 week reno they barely took time for breaks or lunch wanting to get as much work done in a day as they could. So multi talented to.

This was the best home improvement project we have ever experienced. Wayne and Jow were expectional professionals, pleasant, diligent and did everything possible to make having replacement windows a pleasant and care free experience for us.
