"25 Moses Road, North Falmouth, MA 02556"
This home was orginaly built in 1920. After being renovated in the Spring of 2013 the house was damaged beyond repair in July of that same year by a Micro Burst that swept thru the New Silver Beach area, at this time FEMA placed the location in its highest Volocity Zone. After consulting with there insurance agents the homeowners came to the realization that the only way to bring there home up to code is to tear it down and start fresh.
We at Fraser Construction LLC are proud to announce that in conjunction with architect Michael Collins of DMC Architects www.dmcarch.com we will be rebuilding this home to a one of kind High Volocity rated super home!
Please stay tuned in the coming months to see this house be built in pictures, we will be making weekly updates to this blog so that no one will miss a moment of this momentous occasion.
